This package covers from Monday to
Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. It would be suitable for organisation that does
not operate during weekends or after normal office hours. We provide coverage
for Computers / Printers, Computer Servers, and Network Equipments. Call us or

Extended Package - covers 7 days by 24 hours
This package covers from Monday to Sunday
(24 hours). It would be suitable for organisation that operate during weekends.

Professional Services (Outsourcing)
Finding the cost of employing a System Administrator too high?
We provide Engineer attachment who will
provide professional service such as, server administration, trouble-shooting,

detail.
Service Unit Contract
If you are not ready to take up the above
packages, we have the service unit contract that you can purchase number of
service units according to your needs.
How it works? When a service call is
requested, the service unit(s) will be deducted depending on the type of work
requested and the duration subject to the maximum unit deduction. A quarterly
report will be generated for customer stating their current balance of unit and
the unit consumed.
Hybrid Contract
This package combine the features of the Professional Service Package & Service
Unit Contract to fulfill the need of the customer who have the requirement for
Engineer on-site attachment and at the same time, needed the coverage during the
non-attachment period.
